Chip has 28 years of law enforcement experience, commands KCPD’s Traffic Division, and is the State of Missouri’s defensive tactics subject matter expert. He formerly led the Street Crimes Unit Tactical Enforcement Squad and has planned, coordinated, and executed over 2500 high-risk tactical operations.

Scott Schultz

Sharon Gentry

Sharon has held various leadership roles over 20 years with a Fortune 100 healthcare organization, HCA Healthcare, where she currently serves as a Director for Cultural Development and Inclusion. She has served on the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools Board of Education since August of 2008, where she helped navigate the recruitment and selection of a new Director of Schools, in a unique partnership with the nonprofit community and the Mayor’s office. She is passionate about cultural inclusion and sees outward mindset as a foundation for the transformative work she is doing at HCA and in her community.
