Train the Trainer

Becoming a certified Arbinger Facilitator for your organization is rewarding, personally and professionally. As a Facilitator, your ability to contribute to your organization and the realization of its top priorities increases profoundly. You benefit from a deeper understanding and application of Arbinger's ideas and programs, and are able to take advantage of facilitator tips and techniques, one-on-one Arbinger assistance, best practices, reduced fees for further Arbinger trainings and services, and much more. In addition, upon successful completion of the facilitator training, you will be able to provide Arbinger training to the employees of your employing organization in a very cost-effective way.

In order to attend an Arbinger facilitator training, you must first read Leadership & Self-Deception and The Anatomy of Peace. You must also have attended at least one Arbinger two-day course (course calendar). After having completed these prerequisites, you may register for a week-long facilitator training course by contacting Arbinger. After successfully completing this course, you will leave with a limited license to deliver Arbinger courses to the employees of your employing organization. Material packets for each course must be purchased from Arbinger for each person you will train (at a cost generally about 1/4 of the price if Arbinger were to provide the training directly).
