Leadership and Self-Deception in Treatment and Intervention

Arbinger's 2-day course, The Choice in Intervention, teaches Arbinger's proven nonviolent approach to dealing with crisis. Participants discover the deep cause of violence and the early precursors to outbreaks of violence and learn how to dramatically reduce such incidents by working in ways that curb violent tendencies long before they surface. This program fulfills the crisis intervention training requirements that have become required by state and national accrediting bodies. It also can be used, as it is used by most of Arbinger's clients in the treatment and intervention industries, as the philosophical and practical foundation upon which to build a treatment program.

In the United States:
We have made arrangements with ANASAZI Foundation in Mesa, Arizona to include interested individuals from other organizations in the ongoing Arbinger training events they are conducting for their people - both staff and families. Individuals are welcome to attend the 2-day Choice in Intervention and Choice in Families seminars at ANASAZI. The cost for each 2-day event (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day) is $295 per person. Participants will be responsible for their own food and lodging expenses.
