Leadership and Self-Deception in the Family

This 2-day training event is devoted to exploring the concrete application of Arbinger's material to family life.

On Day 1, participants will experience Arbinger's renowned program, The Choice Seminar, which explores Arbinger's foundational material - including the problem of self-deception and its solution.

Day 2 is then devoted to Arbinger's new family program, The Choice in Families. Participants will learn the Principles of Responsive Families, along with their concrete meaning and application. By the end, participants will have a clear understanding of Arbinger's material and its application in family life. More importantly, participants will leave with a specific, concrete plan for increasing responsiveness in their relationships and families.
