Arbinger was not originally meant to be a worldwide consulting firm. We began as
simply a different way to explain human behavior.
A CEO who knew our academic work asked us to apply our insights to problems in his company. Our approach wasn't created with business in mind - so it proved to be a radically new way to look at business. And it proved to be very valuable, very quickly.
