Arbinger was not originally meant to be a worldwide consulting firm. We began as simply a different way to explain human behavior.

A CEO who knew our academic work asked us to apply our insights to problems in his company. Our approach wasn't created with business in mind - so it proved to be a radically new way to look at business.

And it proved to be very valuable, very quickly. Our CEO friend, like so many since then, reported remarkably positive results.

Our consulting work grew from there. By nothing more than word of mouth. And proved valuable for families and helping professionals, as well as companies and institutions.
