Arbinger offers convenient and dynamic interactive programs by phone for the general public. These different options explain and explore the core problem of self-deception, and provide solutions for more peaceful relationships. They also help individuals and families get support and guidance in getting out of the box and focusing on helping things go right. Courses are conducted via conference call and facilitated by a leader of the Arbinger Coaches Network, dedicated to helping individuals apply Arbinger teachings to their lives and work.

Anatomy of Peace Course by Phone

  • Introductory level course for basic understanding
  • Explores Arbinger diagrams and principles through lecture and discussion
  • Limited to 10 participants
From Pain to Peace
  • 4-week group coaching course
  • Intermediate level course
  • Powerful next step for those who have participated in an Arbinger seminar
  • Focuses on application and living of the Arbinger principles
  • Builds confidence and know-how in transforming war to peace
  • Limited to 6 participants
Prerequisite: Attendance at a Choice Seminar or Anatomy of Peace Course by Phone

Arbinger Parenting Program
  • 10-week group coaching course
  • Intermediate level course
  • Four one-on-one coaching sessions from an Arbinger trained coach
  • Five one-on-one mentoring sessions from an Arbinger trained parent
  • Class size allowing for individual attention
  • Real life parenting examples and application
  • For parents with children of any age - toddler to teenager
