Personal Development Telecourses

We offer several programs for the public that lead to understanding self-deception and explore solutions and application to life and work.

These programs help individuals and families get support and guidance in getting out of the box and focusing on personal and business results. Courses are conducted via conference call, facilitated by a leader of the Arbinger Coaches Network. This group of certified life and business coaches is dedicated to helping individuals apply Arbinger teachings to their lives and work.

Leadership and Self-Deception Personal Study Telecourse

This course walks participants through the groundbreaking national bestseller, Leadership and Self-Deception. Along with the main character, Tom, they discover why and how we deceive ourselves...and how self-deception leads to almost every other problem that keeps businesses and people from succeeding.

Using the accompanying Leadership and Self-Deception Self-Study Course, participants learn how to apply our core philosophy to everyday problems in life and work.

Getting Out of the Box Group Coaching Programs

Getting Out of the Box courses provide support and guidance for implementing the changes suggested by The Choice seminar and by the Leadership and Self-Deception Personal Study Course. They help participants apply what they have learned about the box to daily life and work situations. Group discussions are fun, frank and focused on what it takes to live responsively...and successfully.

Please note that to participate in any Getting Out of the Box coaching program, you must have completed:
• A two-day Arbinger public seminar, The Choice at Work
OR
• The Leadership and Self-Deception Personal Study Telecourse

Arbinger Personal Coaching Services

In addition to the above courses, participants can deepen their application of Arbinger teachings by engaging a personal Arbinger coach. He or she will help you examine your life and relationships to see whether and how self-deception is playing a role. It's a productive, supportive way to learn how the box operates in your life - and to explore concrete steps to create out of the box relationships.
