The Choice in Coaching: Arbinger Mastery Training for Coaches
Soon after
Leadership and Self-Deception was published, we began to be contacted by prominent people
in the coaching community. It seems the book struck a chord with professional coaches. We soon began
working with a number of these coaches. This association finally led to our creating a full-fledged
coaching program,
The Choice in Coaching: Arbinger Mastery Training for Coaches, through which we
train coaches to be able to coach expertly around Arbinger's materials.

ASK YOURSELF...
- Did the book Leadership and Self-Deception or The Anatomy of Peace have an impact on your choices in life?
- Are you regularly handing out and/or recommending one or both of these books to family, friends and clients?
- Do you hunger to take a deeper dive into the concepts and application of Leadership and Self-Deception
or The Anatomy of Peace in your own life as well as in the lives of your clients?
If you answered yes to these questions, then join
The Choice in Coaching: Arbinger's Mastery Program for
Coaches, where you will get to the root of the change that you sense needs to happen in you and your clients' lives.
Arbinger's
Choice in Coaching: Mastery Program for Coaches provides you with a path to deeply apply the
Leadership and Self-Deception and
Anatomy of Peace principles to your coaching relationships and in your
life, together with a community of masterful coaches.
You will gain insight into how a person's preference for self-interest over the interests of others can
impact a coach's practice and a client's success, and receive an alternative approach and mastery skills
to bring about your client's success as well as your own.
Graduates will be licensed to use the Choice in Coaching materials with private clients, receive discounts
on Arbinger products and training, and become eligible for consideration to join the Arbinger Coaches Network.
What past program participants are saying about the Choice in Coaching:
"This course has made me a better person and coach, and will support my truly being a master."
"Advanced my coaching philosophy and skills tremendously."
"It will help me both as a coach and as a consultant to stop inviting resistance in my clients."
"A huge burden has been lifted from me. I no longer carry around as many boxes. It's amazing how
those things can block you from doing and becoming what you want in life."
"The course busted my self-image as this really open, kind, nice, and loving individual. I had to
face that I was that way only with 'deserving folks.' That was a tough one for me to face."
"This program is not a beginning coaching program. Given that, it was the most useful coaching
training I've ever received."
