REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees include two day seminar sessions and materials. Hotel accommodations and
other meals are not included in the registration fee.
GROUP REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS
Group registration discounts are only available for the
Leadership and Self-deception in the Family course.
CREDIT CARD REGISTRATIONS
We accept American Express®, VISA®, MasterCard®, or Discover®. Credit card registrations
are guaranteed after they have been approved. If credit card is declined, we reserve the right
to cancel registration if alternate approved payment is not received three weeks before the
actual date. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration form
and payment.
Please be advised: Arbinger is not responsible for checks or letters lost or
delayed in the mail.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds will be issued provided written cancellation requests are received two weeks
prior to the actual seminar date. Written requests received after this date, but one week
prior will be charged a $25 administrative fee per registrant. Cancellation requests received
after one week prior to the seminar will be charged $100 per registrant due to financial
obligations incurred by Arbinger.
