Applications and payment must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the course start date. Places on our courses/seminars are booked on receipt of payment and, in the case of Facilitator Training, upon receipt of the completed application form. There is a 50% cancellation fee up to 2 weeks prior to the course commencing, and no refund thereafter. In the event that Arbinger cancels a seminar Arbinger assumes no responsibilities other then the refund of your seminar fee. Please contact Arbinger with any further questions.
